We are looking for a Mobile Developer to join their product team in Gothenburg. You will be part of a cross-functional team working on continuous product development and owning your outcomes, not just output. Together, you will shape hypotheses, run experiments, and deliver frequent user value through small but powerful improvements.

You will work closely with ML Engineers and Research Scientists to integrate AI functionality into the app and create experiences that truly help users.

The work takes place from their beautiful office on the 20th floor of the Kineum skyscraper in Gothenburg, where close collaboration and technical excellence are the focus.

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality code for their mobile app

• Collaborate closely with your team to define and implement user features

• Contribute across the stack where appropriate, with support to grow beyond your primary focus area

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement

• Write well-tested, secure, and scalable code

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues in a shared ownership model

• Work with ML Engineers and Research Scientists to understand model behavior and how it integrates into the app experience

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with solid experience in at least one native mobile platform (iOS or Android)

• Comfortable working with at least part of their stack: Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose (plus some legacy Objective-C/Java)

• Familiarity with modern Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and testing

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Preferred:

• Backend experience with Python, FastAPI, and Google Cloud (e.g., Datastore, Cloud Storage, BigQuery)

• Willingness to learn and contribute across the stack

• Interest in product thinking and delivering customer value

• Experience collaborating in product-driven teams or interest in learning how

• Proven adaptability, accountability, and initiative in dynamic or changing product environments

• Experience supporting and facilitating team development
